Counselling is for everyone
No matter what age you are, there may be times when you don't feel that life is working.

I believe that we all have the ability to create the best possible change for ourselves. With the right support and the right tools, you can find greater (self-)acceptance and more personal resources - for the benefit and joy of yourself and the world around you.
GREATER SELF-AWARENESS
Neither thoughts nor feelings need to be fixed - they need to be discovered, recognised and understood. Therein lies the change.
When you realise that you no longer need fixing, you also realise that you are not 'wrong'. You are exactly as you should be.
When you slowly start to let go of the preoccupation or idea of needing to be different, that life has to be different, then you have more space to live - and feel more gratitude for what is and genuinely start to enjoy.
In the new discoveries about ourselves, we develop a greater self-understanding that is crucial to how we deal with challenges in a more appropriate way.
